Join the litigation practice supporting commercial disputes, regulatory investigations and enforcement actions, public law matters, administrative proceedings, appellate matters, and pre-litigation counseling. Responsibilities include managing cases, drafting pleadings and dispositive motions, conducting discovery, participating in depositions and hearings, developing legal analysis, communicating with clients and regulators, and taking ownership of key workstreams. Requires three to four years of litigation experience, experience drafting dispositive motions and managing discovery, strong research, writing, analytical, organizational, and professional judgment skills, and active California Bar membership or the ability to obtain admission promptly. Judicial clerkship or government experience is a plus.
