Dhillon Law Group is seeking a senior associate to join its Employment Law Practice in San Francisco. The practice handles employment litigation for plaintiffs and defendants, employer and employee counseling, executive and professional disputes, wage and hour matters, trade secret and unfair competition matters, administrative proceedings, and workplace investigations. Responsibilities include managing cases and litigation components with increasing independence, drafting pleadings and dispositive motions, conducting and defending depositions, supporting hearing preparation, appearing at hearings, mediations, and settlement conferences, providing strategic litigation and pre-litigation advice, communicating with clients, opposing counsel, and agency representatives, and taking ownership of key workstreams. Applicants should have 6+ years of litigation experience in state or federal court, employment law experience, experience with dispositive motions and discovery management, strong research, writing, and analytical skills, working knowledge of California employment statutes and civil procedure, and active California Bar membership or the ability to obtain admission promptly.
