Dhillon Law Group is seeking a senior litigation associate to join its San Francisco office. The role involves commercial and corporate litigation, partnership, shareholder and governance disputes, regulatory investigations and enforcement actions, administrative proceedings, appellate matters, and pre-litigation strategic counseling. Responsibilities include managing cases and litigation components, drafting pleadings and dispositive motions, conducting and overseeing discovery and motion practice, participating in depositions, hearings, mediations, and client strategy sessions, developing legal analysis, communicating with clients, opposing counsel, and regulators, and taking ownership of key workstreams. Applicants should have 6+ years of litigation experience in state and/or federal court, experience drafting dispositive motions and managing discovery, strong research, writing, analytical, organizational, and professional judgment skills, and active membership in the California Bar or the ability to obtain admission promptly. Judicial clerkship or government experience is a plus.
