A global architecture and design firm is seeking a Healthcare Principal or Associate Principal to join its Dallas office and lead a transformative healthcare campus project already in motion. Responsibilities include leading the vision, strategy, and delivery of a landmark pediatric healthcare project, partnering with clients and communities on human-centered design solutions, mentoring cross-disciplinary teams, collaborating with external consultants and stakeholders, and supporting healthcare practice growth through thought leadership, business development, and innovation. Candidates should have 15+ years of healthcare architecture experience, strong design sensibility and technical expertise, executive-level leadership skills, and preferably an architect license. Pediatric and large-scale project experience are highly valued, and Principal-level leadership experience is essential.
