Responsible for scheduling nautical staff and trainees, creating daily and weekly duty rosters, monitoring working hours and ensuring compliance with statutory regulations. Duties include managing leave and absences in schedules, checking working time records, initiating operational measures during vessel or staff absences, managing workwear and personal protective equipment, monitoring first-aid certificates and conducting occupational safety briefings. Experience in organising and coordinating personnel, attention to detail, knowledge of working time and workplace safety regulations, reliability, teamwork under pressure and good MS Office skills are required.
