Lead the design vision and delivery of major, complex architectural projects in Houston, championing design quality from concept through construction. Mentor and inspire multidisciplinary teams, collaborate with studio leadership to shape the practice, engage clients, consultants and partners, support new business efforts, and help recruit and develop emerging talent. Applicants should have extensive architectural experience, a strong portfolio of built work, proven experience leading large complex projects, confident communication skills, excellent technical coordination skills, a sharp design sensibility, and a collaborative leadership style. A US architectural license is preferred, along with a willingness to relocate to Houston and help grow the local studio.
