Catalyst Exchange is seeking an inaugural Chief Delivery Officer to lead Product, Technology, Services, and, through a planned transition during the first year, Growth. Reporting to the Founder and Chief Executive Officer, the CDO will translate strategy into sustainable delivery experiences, scale complex service models, lead product and technology transformation, align cross-functional teams, and evolve the organization from a predominantly high-touch model into a differentiated, integrated, and scalable delivery system. Responsibilities include setting strategic priorities, managing and scaling interdisciplinary teams, innovating product and service delivery, defining technology and human support across delivery tiers, using user feedback and performance metrics to improve outcomes, and scaling growth, marketing, communications, partnership development, and earned revenue models. The role initially oversees approximately 30 people across Product/Technology and Services, expanding to approximately 35 when Growth transitions into the portfolio. Strong candidates will bring 15 or more years of professional experience, at least 5 to 7 years in senior leadership, experience overseeing teams of 40 or more, a record of leading significant growth or transformation, fluency across digital products and human services, practical experience with AI tools and workflows, strategic communication skills, exceptional leadership and change management abilities, and commitment to Catalyst Exchange's mission and values. This is a remote role for candidates based anywhere in the United States, with occasional travel required, approximately 1 to 2 times per quarter. The salary range is $250,000 to $300,000.
