The END Fund is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to lead the organization's global finance function across the US, UK, and Kenya. Reporting to the Interim Chief Executive Officer, the CFO will oversee financial planning, accounting, grants administration, audits, payroll, compliance, treasury management, budgeting, forecasting, internal controls, and financial reporting. The role supervises a team of five, serves on the Senior Leadership Team, advises the CEO and Board, and partners with leaders across Operations, Programs, Communications, and Fundraising. The position requires a qualified accountant with executive-level nonprofit finance experience, experience with organizations with annual budgets of $50 million or more, knowledge of UK and/or US accounting, grants management, restricted funding, forecasting, audit, tax, risk management, and financial systems. Global experience is strongly preferred. The role is based in New York City and follows a hybrid work model using the END Fund's Midtown Manhattan offices, with occasional international travel of up to 15 percent.
