PolicyLink seeks a Vice President, Growth, Strategy, and Donor Relations to serve as chief architect of the donor experience and lead strategy and execution for its historic $1 billion, 10-year capital campaign. Reporting to the Chief Development Officer, this role will drive engagement with institutional, corporate, and ultra-high-net-worth partners; oversee campaign infrastructure, donor stewardship, events, storytelling, budgets, and cross-departmental integration; manage the Engagement & Events team; and collaborate with Institutional Partnerships, Communications, the Board, and Campaign Cabinet. Candidates should have 12 to 15 years of nonprofit development and senior leadership experience, success securing sponsorships and investments at the $5 million-plus scale, experience with capital campaign readiness and high-net-worth engagement, strong storytelling and communication skills, enterprise leadership abilities, exceptional operational and project governance skills, and a commitment to equity, justice, and systemic change. The role is fully remote, with candidates in the San Francisco Bay Area, Washington metropolitan area, or New York metropolitan area highly preferred. Travel is expected at 10 to 15 percent for candidates in those regions and up to 35 percent for candidates elsewhere.
