Sands and Tommy's are seeking a Data and Evidence Lead to support their joint policy unit. The role involves identifying relevant data sources, analysing public datasets and research findings, assessing initiatives aimed at saving babies' lives and reducing inequalities, commissioning qualitative and quantitative research, producing evidence reports and data visualisations, and communicating insights to policymakers, stakeholders, supporters and the public. The role requires demonstrable experience in data analysis, research and evaluation methods, analytical and data visualisation software, project management and stakeholder engagement, together with an understanding of the relationship between research, policy and practice and the policy environment relating to baby loss. The position is homebased, permanent and full time at 35 hours per week. Salary is £41,750 per annum plus a £312 home worker allowance per annum.
