Lead and deliver TritonExec's global recruitment strategy across the US and European regions, with the role based in either London or Miami. Responsibilities include sourcing through onboarding internal candidates, partnering with hiring managers and business leaders, coordinating interviews, maintaining candidate pipelines, reporting on recruitment activity, improving the candidate experience, analysing hiring data, and supporting compliance with employment legislation and inclusive hiring practices. The role requires extensive experience sourcing and hiring agency recruiters, a minimum of five years' recruiting experience with responsibility for an internal recruitment function, knowledge of full life cycle recruiting, recruitment metrics, Applicant Tracking Systems, UK Human Resources law, and the Executive Search and Recruitment Process Outsourcing sectors. Success includes qualified candidate pipelines, effective recruitment processes, clear communication with leadership, positive candidate experiences, and continuous improvement of internal hiring processes.
