Deliver executive-level talent acquisition for a specific business line, acting as the first point of contact for hiring needs. Responsibilities include sourcing, recruiting, interviewing and placing executives, developing client and candidate engagement strategies, educating hiring leaders, providing recruitment trends and market intelligence, advising hiring managers, supporting executive sourcers and recruiters, analysing recruitment activity for volume forecasting, understanding Genpact's current and future business needs, identifying improvements, participating in client meetings, maintaining customer satisfaction, monitoring the marketplace and competitor offerings, and liaising with Genpact leaders on process and operational escalations. The role requires excellent communication, teamwork, strong organisation, the ability to multitask and prioritise, self-motivation, a positive attitude, a desire to succeed in a target-driven sales environment, independent working ability, an interest in executive search and the technology market, and confidence using Microsoft Office, LinkedIn and other sourcing applications.
