Lead searches end to end for global clients, from sourcing candidates through to closing them. Act as the key point of contact throughout the search lifecycle, manage client relationships, understand role requirements, develop pipelines, execute searches using the TritonExec Search Methodology, support business strategy execution, oversee pipeline presentation, prepare candidates for interviews, place candidates in roles, present weekly market findings and contribute to quarterly and annual company targets. The role requires excellent communication and organisational skills, the ability to remain calm under pressure, multitask and prioritise, self-motivation, a positive attitude, a desire to succeed in a target-driven sales environment, independent working within a team structure, an interest in executive search and the wider technology market, and confidence using Microsoft Office, LinkedIn and other sourcing applications.
