We are hiring a highly organized and experienced Bar Manager to supervise the daily operations of the bar and lounge. Responsibilities include improving profitability, maximizing customer satisfaction, maintaining inventory levels, creating an entertaining atmosphere, delegating tasks, supporting employee hiring and training, resolving tense situations, and ensuring patrons and employees are of legal drinking age. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, at least five years of experience as a Bar Manager or in a similar hospitality position, knowledge of wine and sake, TIPS or TAM certification, proficiency with point of sale systems, strong accounting knowledge, physical stamina, excellent communication skills, and the willingness to work weekends and holidays.
