Niku X is looking for a professional and experienced dishwasher to join the team and work with the entire culinary team. Qualifications include 1 to 2 years of experience in a high volume or fine dining operation, a friendly and professional attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a high volume and polished restaurant. Previous experience at well established, high end or high volume restaurants is preferred. Responsibilities include cleaning dishes using a dish machine and three compartment sink, cleaning and organizing the kitchen and equipment at the end of each shift, ensuring kitchen procedures and hygiene meet food safety standards and regulations, and maintaining the dish machine and relevant chemical inventory.
