Ensure the home is clean and odour free, and that domestic and laundry services are effectively managed. Duties include preparing duty rotas, arranging and agreeing annual leave, supervising and allocating domestic work, ordering cleaning and laundry materials, reporting faults, preparing rooms for new admissions, cleaning resident rooms and communal areas, maintaining cleaning equipment, shampooing carpets, observing COSHH and health and safety regulations, protecting residents' privacy, dignity and property, reporting accidents and incidents, attending training, following home policies and procedures, and undertaking other duties requested by the Home Manager.
