Prepare and make patisserie products by choosing and measuring ingredients, mixing products and culinary ingredients, baking, assembling and decorating products. Follow internal procedures, manufacturing times and health and safety rules, manage inventory and participate in cleaning the production area. The role requires reactivity, organisation, hygiene awareness, skill, CAP Pâtisserie level, adaptability to new production techniques and team spirit.
