Manage and coordinate the bakery team to carry out bread-making operations. Manage raw materials, control deliveries and storage, coordinate bakers and apprentice bakers, ensure compliance with recipe sheets, participate in bread preparation, finishing and baking, plan work schedules, manage restocking, enforce health and safety rules and maintain equipment. The role requires responsibility, customer service, good physical resistance, organisation, hygiene awareness, at least 4 years of similar experience, a CAP Baker qualification, methodical working, leadership and reactivity.
