The role involves leading the luxury lettings operation, achieving rental targets, winning instructions, marketing properties, setting pricing strategies, developing high-value client relationships, managing staff, handling negotiations, ensuring legal and regulatory compliance, building industry contacts, enhancing the brand and monitoring financial performance. Extensive experience in luxury real estate lettings in Prime Central London, leadership and team management skills, strong negotiation and communication abilities, market knowledge, client relationship skills, legal and compliance understanding and a proven record of achieving targets are required. The position offers a fantastic basic salary and commission structure, with OTE in excess of £250,000 per annum.
