The Vice President will oversee the sale, rental and acquisition of hotels globally, including financial analysis, financial modelling, due diligence and hospitality sector investments. The role involves working with high net worth individuals, family offices, developers, property funds, fiduciaries, corporate institutions and sovereign wealth funds, while expanding the firm's industry network. Qualifications include a strong finance and investment background, financial modelling and analysis experience, due diligence capability, knowledge of the hospitality sector and hotel capital markets, negotiation and deal execution skills, strong communication and presentation skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and a bachelor's degree in finance, real estate or a related field. The role offers a basic salary and commission structure, with OTE in excess of £300,000 per annum.
