Join the expanding London team as a Branch Manager or Director overseeing a prestigious portfolio of luxury properties for ultra high net worth individuals in Central London. The role involves leading the luxury real estate division, driving high-end residential sales and rentals, winning instructions, managing property marketing and pricing strategies, developing high-value client relationships, leading staff, handling negotiations and transactions, ensuring legal and regulatory compliance, building industry contacts, enhancing the brand and monitoring financial performance. Extensive experience in luxury real estate sales and lettings in Prime Central London, leadership and team management skills, strong negotiation and communication abilities, market knowledge, client relationship skills, legal and compliance understanding and a proven record of achieving sales targets are required. The position offers a generous basic salary and commission structure, with OTE in excess of £300,000 per annum.
