BaseNYC is expanding and is looking for an additional Senior Designer. Working with a Design Director and project team, the role involves conceptualising, creating and managing the day-to-day delivery of a wide range of projects. Responsibilities include applying Base's concept first and creatively strategic approach to branding, developing brand concepts, experiences, designs and ecosystems across touchpoints, representing design to clients, building client relationships, collaborating with creative specialists, and supporting junior designers. Applicants should have 4+ years of creative experience, work fluently across creative disciplines and media, have an expert understanding of industry tools including Adobe Creative Cloud, After Effects, Premiere and Figma, and be collaborative, proactive, positive and rigorous. Motion, 3D, type design and illustration experience is a plus. The role is full-time and hybrid, with at least three days per week in the office. The salary range is $80,000 to $110,000.
