BaseSGN is seeking an experienced, relationship-driven Account Manager to connect clients and cross-functional teams, driving clarity, trust, and alignment from project scoping through final delivery. The role manages client relationships, timelines, budgets, scopes, documentation, meetings, contracts, invoicing and project information, while coordinating with creative, strategy, finance and operations teams. Responsibilities include leading end-to-end project management, building trusted client relationships, identifying account growth and new business opportunities, supporting strategic and creative project outcomes, aligning project objectives and resources, facilitating meetings, and contributing to the development of Base's processes. Essential requirements include 5+ years of experience in account management, project management or client service, preferably within a branding or creative agency, strong Vietnamese and English communication skills, excellent organisational and multitasking abilities, confidence leading meetings, proficiency with management tools and presentation software, and a thoughtful, proactive, curious and collaborative mindset. Experience with branding or creative projects, invoicing, contracts, financial tracking, business development, account growth, empathy and diplomacy is desired. The position is on-site in Ho Chi Minh City and starts at the earliest possible time.
