BaseSGN is looking for a Senior Brand Designer to drive creative thinking and shape thoughtful brand experiences across a diverse range of impactful projects. The role involves leading creative directions, developing original and relevant design solutions, collaborating with the Design Director and project teams, creating strategic concepts and client-facing presentations, documenting work into comprehensive guidelines, and delivering projects while respecting client needs, schedules and budgets. Requirements include 5+ years of experience in a similar role, strong skills across graphic design and identity systems, a multidisciplinary design foundation, collaboration and communication skills, leadership capabilities, English proficiency, project management knowledge, and demonstrated use of AI-powered tools to improve productivity, ideation, creative execution and workflow efficiency. Experience with 3D tools is a plus. Full-time, on-site in Ho Chi Minh City, with an expected start at the earliest possible time.
