Assist the Cook-in-Charge with necessary kitchen duties, including washing up, vegetable preparation, cleaning the kitchen and equipment, cleaning serveries daily, collecting and distributing crockery from resident areas, and preparing meals within your capabilities. The role requires compliance with health and safety policies, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and stores, following fire procedures, and undertaking procedures and work instructions in the Quality Manual.
