Seeking an associate attorney with 2 to 3 years of meaningful civil litigation experience for the Litigation Department. The role involves complex litigation, trust disputes, corporate and partnership disputes, contract disputes and intellectual property disputes. Experience should include drafting pleadings and motions, drafting and responding to written discovery, and managing deadlines and case schedules. Successful candidates will have superior legal research and writing skills and superior academic credentials from nationally recognized law schools. The anticipated annual base salary range is $230,000 to $245,000.
