Seeking an associate attorney with approximately 2 to 4 years of solid transactional and corporate securities law experience and an interest in private investment funds for a partnership track position. Significant securities law experience is required. Prior private fund or Investment Advisers Act experience is a plus but not required. Associates work directly with partners and clients on sophisticated, high-stakes matters. The anticipated annual base salary range is $230,000 to $280,000.
