Seeking a real estate associate with 3 to 5 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions, including debt financing, joint ventures, acquisitions and dispositions, development work, and title and survey matters. Candidates should have strong organizational and analytical skills, attention to detail, an interest in client-facing responsibilities, superior legal drafting skills and exceptional academic credentials from nationally recognized law schools. California bar admission or eligibility for admission is required. The anticipated annual base salary range is $252,000 to $325,000.
