Part-time LPHA clinician role responsible for intake processes, clinical screenings, biopsychosocial assessments, ASAM level-of-care evaluations, treatment eligibility determinations, risk assessments, crisis stabilization, treatment planning, individual, group and family therapy, psychoeducation, family clinical conferences, care coordination, documentation, medication self-administration support, and compliance with HIPAA and professional standards. The role provides clinical leadership for planned programs and activities and works with SUD counselors, clinical and medical directors, nursing staff, administrators, and external systems. Requires a master's degree in psychology, social work, counseling or a related field, an active license in good standing such as LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, PsyD or PhD, and at least three years of clinical experience in an outpatient, residential or hospital setting providing SUD or mental health treatment. Experience with co-occurring disorders, youth, families, trauma-informed care, motivational interviewing, CBT and ASAM criteria is valued. Spanish or another San Francisco core language is strongly preferred. Must pass a DOJ and FBI background check, and hold valid First Aid and CPR certification.
