Casa Lil Hawk's LPHA Clinician leads each client's co-occurring substance use disorder and mental health treatment. Responsibilities include conducting screenings, biopsychosocial assessments, ASAM level-of-care evaluations, treatment eligibility determinations, treatment planning, individual, group, and family therapy, psychoeducation, risk assessments, crisis stabilization, family clinical conferences, care coordination, medication self-administration support, documentation, regulatory compliance, case conferences, supervision, and required training. Candidates must have a master's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field and an active license in good standing, plus at least three years of clinical experience in an outpatient, residential, or hospital setting. Knowledge of ASAM Criteria, DSM-5 substance use disorders, adolescent treatment, co-occurring mental health disorders, trauma-informed care, motivational interviewing, and CBT is required or preferred as specified. Experience with youth and families is valued, bilingual ability in one of San Francisco's five core languages is strongly preferred, and applicants must pass a DOJ/FBI background check. Compensation is aligned with industry standards and adjusted for experience and responsibilities. Flexible weekday, evening, weekend, and holiday scheduling is available.
