Recognition of Prior Learning for people working 20 or more hours per week as middle managers in community-based organisations, early childhood education services, not-for-profit organisations or community centres. Existing skills and work experience can be assessed through partner Registered Training Organisations without classroom study. Applicants may need to provide identification, a resume, USI number, employment documents, references, academic records and supporting evidence. Further evidence, a competency interview or gap training may be required. No licensing, legislative, regulatory or certification requirements apply to this qualification at the time of publication.
