Recognition of Prior Learning pathway for people working in youth work programs and services who want to formalise their existing skills and experience without classroom study. The process may involve submitting identity documents, a current resume, a USI number, employment evidence, employer references, payslips or invoices, academic documents, a Working with Children Check if applicable, and other supporting evidence. The RTO may request further evidence, conduct a competency interview, or require gap training. Qualifications are awarded by registered training organisations in Australia.
