Recognition of Prior Learning for educators working 20 or more hours per week in early childhood education and care services in Australia. Existing skills and work experience are assessed through partner Registered Training Organisations without classroom study. Applicants may need to provide identification, an updated resume, a USI number, employment evidence, a reference letter, academic documents, a Working with Children Check if applicable, and other supporting evidence. The RTO may request further evidence, conduct a competency interview, or require gap training. No licensing, legislative, regulatory or certification requirements apply to this qualification at the time of publication.
