Recognition of Prior Learning for people working 20 or more hours per week in self-directed recovery oriented support for people affected by mental illness and psychiatric disability. The process uses existing skills and work experience to help obtain the CHC43315 Certificate IV in Mental Health qualification without classroom study. Applicants may need to provide identification, a resume, USI number, employment evidence, employer references, academic documents and other supporting evidence. An RTO assessor may request further evidence or conduct a competency interview, and gap training may be required.
