Available exclusively for lunch from Wednesday to Sunday. Options include Nobu Chirashi Hangetsu, $45, traditional chirashi-zushi and new-style poké; MBS9+ Australian Wagyu Donburi, $45, with yakiniku sauce, onsen tamago and garlic chips; Spatchcock Truffle Katsu, $45, with tonkatsu sauce, cabbage and yuzu salad and truffle nasu salsa; Roasted Kingfish Kama, $45, with den miso, coriander shiso salsa and charred lime; and Tofu Ganmodoki, $35, with assorted seasonal vegetables and kombu dashi ponzu.
