A two-day trade fair training seminar for managers and employees responsible for trade fair participation. The course covers trade fair preparation, stand personnel, assessing visitors, conversation techniques, targeted conversation management, follow-up, feedback and optimisation. It includes practical exercises, working documents, a certificate of participation, lunch and coffee breaks. The fee is EUR 1,200 excluding VAT or EUR 1,428 including VAT. Maximum 9 participants. Sessions run from 10:00 to 17:00 on day one and from 09:30 to 16:00 on day two. Dates are 10 December 2026 to 11 December 2026, 4 January 2027 to 5 January 2027, 14 January 2027 to 15 January 2027, 5 August 2027 to 6 August 2027, and 9 December 2027 to 10 December 2027, in Münster.
