Eligible medical practitioners registered with AHPRA may qualify for a lenders mortgage insurance waiver with a Suncorp Bank home loan. At least one borrower must be an eligible medical practitioner with current generalist or specialist AHPRA registration. The loan amount must be between $250,000 and $1,500,000, the loan to value ratio must be between 80.01% and 90%, and the loan must be for the purchase or refinance of residential property for an owner occupied or investor purpose with principal and interest repayments. Total borrowings originated under the offer must not exceed $1,500,000. Pre-approvals, bridging loans, construction loans and refinances of existing Suncorp Bank home loans are ineligible.
