Discounted 2 Year Fixed Rate in Home Package Plus for new to bank owner occupied lending of $150,000 or more, with a maximum loan to value ratio of 80% and principal and interest repayments. The discounted rate is available on eligible loans applied for from 26 June 2026. The discounted rate is currently 6.24% per annum, calculated by subtracting a 0.45% discount from the Standard 2 Year Fixed Rate, currently 6.69% per annum. The Standard 2 Year Fixed Rate applicable on the day of settlement is used unless the rate has been secured by paying a Guaranteed Rate Fee. At expiry of the 2 Year Fixed Rate term, the loan reverts to the applicable Standard Variable Rate advertised at the time, less the Home Package Plus discount. Pre-approvals are excluded.
