A 12-person banquet table priced at $8,688. The menu includes Roasted Whole Suckling Pig, Baked Boston Lobster in Supreme Broth, Sautéed Prawns and Scallops with Vegetables, Beef Wellington with Crispy Crust, Double-boiled Chicken Soup with Matsutake Mushroom and Sea Whelk, Whole Abalone with Braised Goose Web, Lucky Roasted Chicken, House Special Seafood Fried Rice with XO Sauce, Birthday Peach Bun, Double-boiled Papaya Sweet Soup with Almond and Snow Fungus, and Steamed Leopard Coral Grouper. Prices include tea and condiment charges but exclude a 10% service charge. Advance reservation is required at least 7 days before the event date.
