Asian Community Development Corporation is seeking a full-time Youth Programs Associate to facilitate the 32-week Malden School Year A-VOYCE program and co-facilitate the 7-week Summer A-VOYCE program in Boston Chinatown. Responsibilities include mentoring high school youth, creating and delivering skills-based curriculum, supervising a college intern, supporting alumni engagement, building partnerships in Malden, attending local meetings, mobilizing youth in community initiatives, managing program data and documentation, supporting the program budget, and evaluating youth development outcomes. Qualifications include organizational, leadership, communication, and self-direction skills; experience or interest in positive youth development and popular education; relevant teaching experience; accurate administrative recordkeeping; creativity; familiarity with or willingness to learn Microsoft Office Suite and Asana; and availability for some evenings and weekends. Bilingual skills and a strong connection to Malden are preferred. The position is hybrid with three days per week on-site in Boston and Malden, offers benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, flexible spending, paid time off, holidays, sick and personal days, and a 401k employer contribution. Salary is $52,000 to $60,000 per year.
