LISC Massachusetts seeks a dynamic, detail-oriented professional to support the energy efficiency and renewable energy transition in Massachusetts' multifamily affordable housing sector. The role manages the Climate Ready Housing, STAR Solar, and Community Charge programs; cultivates relationships with funders, financial institutions, public agencies, and philanthropic partners; convenes the Energy Cohort; supports affordable housing organizations with decarbonization; maintains the Decarbonization Hub; analyzes financial and retrofit data; and supports state and local policy advocacy. The selected candidate will manage grantees and consultants, facilitate technical assistance and training, support organizing and community engagement, and work with stakeholders on special projects. Qualifications include a bachelor's degree or equivalent, at least 5 years of relevant experience, knowledge of green building and sustainable development strategies, grant writing and management experience, data and policy analysis experience, and excellent communication, research, relationship, and team building skills. A cover letter is required. LISC offers a salary of $90,000-$95,000 and excellent fringe benefits.
