Welcome guests at the dock, assist with boarding, provide safety briefings, support the captain with sail handling, docking, and navigation, deliver food and beverage service, prepare food for catered events and specialty sails, maintain yacht cleanliness, promote the company to hotel concierges and waterfront businesses, sell charter experiences and public sail tickets, and handle merchandise sales. Customer service experience in hospitality, tourism, or events, retail service and cash management experience, point-of-sale and payment processing skills, and excellent English communication are required. Smart Serve and Safe Food Handler certifications are required. Sailing experience is beneficial but not mandatory, as training is provided. Candidates must be comfortable working outdoors, on boats, and performing light physical tasks, and must be able to swim. April to October, 25 to 40 hours per week, with flexible shifts from 8:00 AM to midnight, including weekends and holidays.
