Captain 38 to 41 foot yachts through Toronto Harbour, the Toronto Islands, and Lake Ontario for corporate teams, private celebrations, and public specialty sails. Responsibilities include entertaining guests with commentary, creating experiences for daily sails, Wine & Cheese events, Full Moon Sails, Sunday Brunch cruises, and private charters, leading corporate team-building experiences, maintaining vessel safety and Transport Canada compliance, and mentoring crew. Requires a minimum of 10 years of sailing experience on comparable 35 foot or larger keelboats, Transport Canada SVOP and related requirements, excellent English communication, knowledge of Toronto Harbour navigation and marine weather, the ability to handle challenging conditions, and customer entertainment skills. May to October, with flexible hours 7 days per week from 9:00 AM to midnight. Compensation is hourly wage plus gratuities.
