Welcome walk-up guests at the dockside kiosk, book same-day sailing experiences, handle sales inquiries for private charters and corporate events, sell public ticketed events, upsell premium options and catering, support guest check-ins, manage booking changes, track leads, and handle merchandise sales. The role suits candidates with 1 to 3+ years of sales, hospitality, tourism, or brand ambassador experience who are comfortable starting conversations, handling objections, using booking and payment systems, and communicating clearly. Bilingual communication is an asset. Seasonal from April 27 to September 7, part-time to full-time, with priority shifts on weekends, holidays, evenings, and sunset hours.
