Captain 22 to 28 foot yachts carrying groups of 6 to 10 guests through Toronto Harbour, the Island lagoons, and Lake Ontario. Responsibilities include providing educational sailing experiences, entertaining guests with stories and sailing instruction, handling navigation, sail handling, and docking, leading scheduled sails, specialty events, and private charters, creating safe experiences for first-time sailors, and maintaining vessel cleanliness and Transport Canada safety standards. Requires a minimum of 3 years of sailing experience on comparable vessels, Transport Canada SVOP, excellent English communication, the ability to teach basic sailing concepts, knowledge of Toronto Harbour navigation, and customer entertainment skills. May to October, with flexible hours 7 days per week from 9:00 AM to midnight. Compensation is hourly wage plus gratuities.
