The Support Teacher and 1:1 Paraprofessional provides academic and behavioral support to students with diverse learning needs. Responsibilities include adapting teaching strategies, collaborating with classroom teachers, monitoring academic and behavioral progress, implementing positive behavior support, communicating with parents and guardians, participating in school meetings and activities, maintaining student records, and following school policies. The role requires a minimum of 3 years of international school experience, relevant qualifications and teaching certifications, English proficiency, teamwork, strong communication and organizational skills, computer skills, and a commitment to quality education.
