Sands is recruiting a Strategic Partnerships Manager to lead the development and management of high value strategic commercial and non-commercial partnerships. The role involves developing new partnerships, managing a portfolio of national and regional corporate partnerships, delivering stewardship plans, identifying funding opportunities, and supporting the marketing of Sands consultancy and training products. Responsibilities include line managing a Corporate Partnerships Officer, developing corporate fundraising strategies, managing strategic and large partnerships, preparing proposals, building stakeholder relationships, reporting on partnerships and budgets, and working collaboratively across the organisation. Applicants should have significant experience managing corporate partnerships, including high value partners and complex strategic relationships, strong account management, fundraising, negotiation, communication and organisational skills, and experience line managing and developing staff. The role is home based with occasional travel to London. Permanent contract, full time, 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9.30am to 5.30pm. Salary is £50,000 per annum plus a £312 Home Worker Allowance per annum.
