Develop relationships with clients through group and individual spiritual support and pastoral care activities. Duties include preparing inclusive spiritual celebrations, prayers and reflections, providing pastoral care to clients, families and employees, supporting palliative and end-of-life care, facilitating volunteers and faith visits, and assisting with bereavement support. Applicants need a Cert IV or Diploma in Pastoral Care, Counselling, Chaplaincy or a similar qualification, strong spirituality in a Christian-based community, knowledge of the Catholic faith, digital literacy, trauma-informed care knowledge, relationship-building skills, and a current unrestricted Australian driver's licence with a registered and insured vehicle.
