Develop, plan and implement lifestyle activities and programmes that support residents' social, psychological, recreational, cultural and spiritual wellbeing. Duties include encouraging participation, conducting assessments, planning events, involving the wider community, volunteers and families, and leading and coaching the lifestyle team. Applicants need a Certificate IV in Leisure and Health or similar, strong communication and coaching skills, relationship-building ability, respect for residents' values and preferences, strong IT skills, and NDIS and Police clearance or willingness to obtain it. This is a permanent part-time role for 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
