Schedule Aged Care Assessment Services while providing customer service to clients and stakeholders. Duties include scheduling and prioritising assessments, communicating changes, matching assessments with assessors, entering data accurately, supporting ACAS staff, escalating complaints, documenting interactions and maintaining professional communication. Applicants need customer service skills, planning and problem-solving ability, computer literacy, professionalism, confidentiality and willingness to obtain a Police Check. This is a permanent full-time hybrid role, Monday to Friday, with two days working from home.
